We deliver to Ireland, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Spain. We plan on expanding to further markets soon. You may find our Horseware® store locator helpful if you wish to purchase Horseware® products outside of these countries or prefer to shop in store.
Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address. Simply untick the option to have billing and shipping the same on checkout.
No, currently we do not offer express shipping.
We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible and get it on it’s way to you.
- For stock items once we receive your completed order the total time until you receive it is usually 3-7 business days, however, the time can vary per location. You will see time estimations on checkout.
- For stock items with etching only, orders are expected to ship within 2 to 4 weeks.
- Fully custom items are expected to ship within 6 to 8 weeks.
Once the order has shipped a tracking number will be added to your order information on our site as well as emailed to you.
During times of the year when we experience a higher volume of orders, i.e. holidays or when we host a promotion online, your order may take longer than normal to ship out. Rest assured we are working as quickly as we can to get your order to you.
All items listed on the site should be available based on warehouse inventory. However, at times, we are notified after the order has been placed that there is an inventory shortage. We will make every effort to fulfill all items on your order, give you the option of a back order or offer a similar item.
