To find the right size for your horse we recommend to take certain measurements of your horse and refer to our size guide above. Bear in mind that every horse is different, and this table is a guide only.

Using a soft measuring tape, measure from (A) at the center point of the chest, across the point of the shoulder and to the point (B) at the center of the tail.

When you have the measurement, remove 10cm (4inches) and choose your horse’s size from the table above.

Overview +: The Rambo® Wug Turnout 50g has multiple design details you'll love, including a high neck design which not only keeps the chill off your horse's neck but makes it a desirable choice for horses of a narrower build and high withers, helping to eliminate wither pressure.

The robust 1000D Ballistic Nylon waterproof and breathable outer contains a 50g Thermobonded fibrefill, which combines superior performance without bulk in this lightweight turnout rug. Ideal for taking the edge off those slightly cooler temperatures in the late spring and early autumn months.

We've combined the Surefit Neck Design with V-Front Closure and leg arches for extended freedom of movement. The embossed anti-static, anti-bacterial, shine-enhancing lining helps keep your horse's skin healthy and happy.

Other rug design features include reflective strips for greater visibility, a wipe-clean tail cord and machine washable care label for hygiene and three crossed removable surcingle straps incorporating the Rambo® Safety Surcingle System for security and comfort.

This blanket is real quality. I don't like rain sheets that have no fill may as well put a tarpaulin on your horse. But this light fill is perfect for those cold rainy days before the real bite of winter sets in. I have a Clydesdale/Thoroughbred cross and the 84" length was absolutely perfect. The V front closure is good and wug cut takes the pressure off withers.
