To find the right size for your horse we recommend to take certain measurements of your horse and refer to our size guide above. Bear in mind that every horse is different, and this table is a guide only.

Using a soft measuring tape, measure from (A) at the center point of the chest, across the point of the shoulder and to the point (B) at the center of the tail.

When you have the measurement, remove 10cm (4inches) and choose your horse’s size from the table above.

Overview +: The Rambo® Hoody XL Rug gives your big horse top to tail protection against summer's little irritations! Designed specifically for the bigger built horse, the Horseware® signature XL blueprint presents a 20% deeper cut neck, delivering that much-needed additional room for shoulder movement and 10% more depth to cover your horse's larger body frame. Made of a soft and very durable 1000D Polyester with close woven fabric so biting insects can‘t get through. This super soft UV protective lightweight layer defends against the smallest of flies because we know that big horses can also be sensitive souls!

Our V-Front Closure system and dual leg arches offer freedom of movement, and the silky shoulder, mane and tail flap lining reduces friction. The 90% UV protection ensures your horse stays safe in the sun. It also features a tail strap for added security. Alongside the extended belly flaps with Velcro straps, we've included three surcingle‘s which wrap around the horse's belly for additional protection. The integrated neck cover goes over the ears, whilst the supersized tail flap at the other end gives added protection.
