From 5–9 August 2026, the Dublin Horse Show returns to the RDS in Ballsbridge for five unforgettable days of world-class competition, Irish equestrian tradition, and an electric atmosphere. This year marks an exciting new chapter for the iconic event, with Gallagher joining as the Show's new title partner.

Experience the Action Like Never Before | The New Laya Arena 

A major highlight of the 2026 Show is the new Laya Arena, featuring a state-of-the-art 6,775-seat grandstand designed to bring spectators closer to the action. The modern venue offers enhanced sightlines, alongside sustainable features including a rooftop solar energy system and rainwater harvesting infrastructure. Accessibility has also been prioritised, with 57 wheelchair spaces and 52 accessible seats, helping to create a more inclusive and enjoyable experience for all.

100 Years of the Aga Khan Trophy | Nations' Cup of Ireland

A true highlight of the international show jumping calendar, the Aga Khan Trophy celebrates 100 years of Nations' Cup competition at the Dublin Horse Show in 2026. With €250,000 in prize money and national pride at stake, the world's top teams will compete for one of equestrian sport's most historic honours. 

Following the Netherlands' victory in 2025, anticipation is building to see which nation will rise to the occasion and claim the coveted trophy in this landmark centenary year.

 Horseware Ireland Presents: 128cm International Riders Pairs Relay

A crowd favourite and one of the most exciting competitions of the show, the Horseware Ireland 128cm International Riders Pairs Relay showcases the next generation of international show jumping talent. Rolex Grand Prix of Ireland

 The prestigious CSIO5* Rolex Grand Prix of Ireland returns as the pinnacle of the show, with a record €1 million prize fund in 2026 to celebrate 100 years of Nations' Cup jumping. 

The 2025 competition delivered a thrilling finale, with just one clear round across the challenging course, highlighting the exceptional skill, precision, and partnership required to claim victory. As the world’s top horse-and-rider combinations prepare to compete once again, anticipation is building for another unforgettable showcase of elite show jumping.

Working Hunter Classes

Combining athleticism, technique, and style, the Working Hunter classes challenge horses and riders to navigate courses inspired by natural hunting terrain. Expect to see impressive displays of agility, accuracy, and partnership.

Showing & Breed Classes

The Dublin Horse Show's breed classes offer a unique chance to admire some of Ireland's most celebrated equine breeds, including the majestic Irish Draught and the versatile Connemara Pony. • Single Admission: €30 (Adult – Any Day), €22 (Concession) – Access to public areas in the Show grounds and to the public areas around Laya Arena for a day. (Access to a seat in Laya Arena not included)
• Family Daily Admission - €88.50 (Family – Any Day) - This ticket will admit a family of 5 (Max 2 adults + 3 children U16). Laya Arena seat tickets are not included.
• Seated Ticket + Admission: Includes single-day admission to the Show grounds, access to the public areas around Laya Arena, and a reserved seat within Laya Arena.

Getting to the RDS

The RDS is located in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 and is easily accessible by bus, DART, car, air, or even sea.

If you're travelling from overseas, Dublin Airport is the closest major airport to the Show, with the RDS easily accessible from the city centre by public transport.
