About the Role:
Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Associate. The objective of this role will be to deliver an excellent customer experience that will be integral in successfully driving sustainable, recurring, and multi-year growth for the business.
 
Responsibilities of the Role:

• Manage all aspects of retailer accounts and key accounts efficiently and effectively while following company processes.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via phone, CRM, email, chat, text, email, social while ensuring a consistent and high level of service
• Handle all product and price related queries.
• Identify the opportunity for improvements in processes.
• Identify new business and customer opportunities
• Liaise with Credit Control and Warehouse partners on transactions and shipments
• Deal with our delivery partners on missing, misplaces or delayed orders
• Nurture retailer relationship to ensure they are on-brand and are capitalising on all resources available: training, download site and trade sites
• Effectively manage client relationships to create repeat customers resulting in increased revenue, volume, and industry visibility
• Use CRM system for tracking and recording of information
• Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use
• Be an expert in current information about services and products available for customers with in the brand portfolio
• Support team members to attain department and company goals

About you:

• Minimum of 3years’ experience in a high performing customer service environment.
• Microsoft Office experience
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
• A high degree of attention to detail
• Experience with a CRM system preferred
• Positive, open, can-do attitude and demeanour
• Possess the ability to thrive under pressure and seek solutions when issues arise
• Fluent German and English is essential
• Equestrian knowledge is an advantage
