Austin O’Connor, a long standing Horseware® endorsee and rider of the Horseware Horses tied the knot on Friday 2nd December in Co.Cork to his partner in life and work, Kathrin Wallner.

Austin was met at the church by Clonmalt, the horse he rode for Ireland as a Junior and on whom he completed Punchestown 2* when just 13 years old. Clonmalt is now the grand old age of 31 but was determined see Austin off!

Kathrin meanwhile had to contend with a large, wild, neighing, snorting beast that was supposed to take her and her father to the church - there was some speculation as to whether the horse had yet been broken in....
